This year’s anniversary edition of Nuit Blanche has a special resonance. Organized since 2002, the event allows Parisians, and now Greater Parisians, to wander through the city and admire installations, performances and works by contemporary artists in public spaces, in the open air or in cultural institutions in Paris and Greater Paris.
Orchestrated by artistic director Kitty Hartl, Nuit Blanche pays homage to previous editions, with works that will be exhibited again, while others will be shown to the public for the first time. Nearly 200 artistic projects will be offered to culture lovers, night owls or simply curious Metropolitans. With a promising theme, the “Garden of Delights”, inspired by the work of the Dutch painter Jerome Bosch.
